The ISSSFDB enzyme standardization database contains over 100000 functional parameter data, such as Km, Kcat, melting temperature, free energy obtained from thermal denaturation and denaturing agent denaturation, as well as sequence, structure, and literature information. In addition, we also provide a graphical interface for visualizing mutations at the sequence and structural levels. ISSSFDB can be queried by providing search options such as UniProt ID, PDB ID, protein name, mutation, etc. Users can view our tutorial for assistance in searching databases.
